We walk you through each step of the process of creating an SOI business model — from making (or updating) your list of everyone you know — to choosing a system to manage your database — to developing your Sphere of Influence Business Plan — to writing your Reconnection Letter.

Once you have completed all three modules, you are ready to to put your SOI Business Plan into Action and get out there in the world where people happen to be and inspiring them to think of you as their favorite real estate agent. Without ever pestering a soul…

The Three Modules of SOI with SOUL

SOI with SOUL is divided into three separate modules, each purchased individually. It is completely self-paced so you can enroll and complete the program as your schedule allows. You can do all three Modules one after the other, or give yourself a break in between each to catch your breath.

Be warned that the SOI with SOUL program is rather high-octane in that it requires that Get Stuff Done in order to be able to move onto the good part (generating business and referrals from your sphere of influence). So, full disclosure, it’s not the most fun program you’ll ever enroll in but once you get them done, you’ll be thrilled you did.

Module One walks you through building your Sphere of Influence database from scratch, OR, if you already have a database in place, REbuilding it so that it’s up-to-date and ready for action.

Module Two helps you create your SOI Business Plan (based on what YOU like to do).

Module Three helps you write your reconnection letter and get it sent out.

Module One – What’s It All About?

You Know You Need To Do It.

You know you’re losing business and referrals every day you DON’T Do It. Maybe you’re already forking over $35/month for that fancy-schmantzy contact management system you knew you needed to have so you could Do It.
