In this never-before-offered Live Online Workshop, we will spend one day (all day) together discussing strategies for working WITH your seller clients to come up with the right price, as well as what to do when (oops) you missed the market even with your best efforts.

During this ONE DAY INTENSIVE Workshop, you will:

  • Review the Sell with Soul “Five Steps to the Right Price” approach to pricing;
  • Learn what makes a Market Analysis persuasive;
  • Learn how and why to BE and STAY ON Team Seller, not Team Paycheck;
  • Learn how to prepare the seller for a price reduction, but only when absolutely necessary;
  • Overcome pricing objections (or not);
  • Learn how to avoid doing a price reduction at all;
  • Explore reasons a listing might not sell, outside of price (and how to correct them!)

How Does a Live Online Workshop Work?

By “Live Online Workshop” we mean that the program will begin on a certain date (April 14th, 2021) and all participants will gather together ONLINE and work through the material together. It does not mean you have to travel anywhere to attend :-).

We will communicate throughout the Workshop via email, via video-conference and in a private Facebook group. Recordings of the video conference meetings will be provided immediately afterwards.

At the end of the Workshop, you will receive a digital package of all material included in the Workshop so you will be able to refer back in the future.

How Does a INTENSIVE Live Online Workshop Work?

This will be our first ever ONE DAY INTENSIVE Live Online Workshop and we’re excited about it! Basically, we will get together (online) in the morning and hang out together all day (with frequent breaks) and really focus on the topic at hand.

As with all SWS Live Workshops, you will attend online in the comfort of your home or office. But the material will all be “live” – that is – I will be leading the Workshop right along with you and will be immediately available for questions and guidance.
