Visual Tour

I used Visual Tour for years to create my own virtual tours. You don't need any special equipment beyond a decent digital camera, preferably with a wide angle lens. By creating your own virtual tours, you have complete control over the content and quality of your tours, and you can make changes to the tour to your heart's content. The software is relatively easy to learn and navigate. I also use my Visual Tour program to advertise my rental properties, as well as the rental properties of my friends and clients (value-added service!). It costs around $30/month for unlimited tours, plus a one time fee to purchase the software and license.

CPG Tours

While not technically virtual tours (CPG doesn’t offer photo-stitching panoramic capability), these tours are easy to create, attractive and, best of all, very affordable! Just $15/month for unlimited tours and you can test-drive it free for fourteen days.

MyFax

I use MyFax for all my incoming faxes. Instead of receiving paper faxes, I get my faxes as an attachment to an e-mail which is a huge convenience for me. The attachment comes in pdf form, so you can forward it on to clients, lenders, other agents, title representatives without the dreaded fax-of-a-fax-of-a-fax syndrome!

LinkURealty

A website for real estate agents that offers template convenience with build-from-scratch flexibility.

Ubertor Real Estate Websites

This is the site I used to build my own real estate website (www.charmingolddenver.com). I’ve tried several template sites and this one was the easiest and most flexible to use, without too much extra fluff to confuse me. So far, the customer service has been exceptional.

iHouse Real Estate Websites

I used to use this company because they are probably the easiest website to set up and get running. However, the templates are rather inflexible, so if you have a particular look or navigation strategy in mind, this is not the website company for you. It’s great for beginners, though! 

Constant Contact

An online newsletter program, very easy to learn and use. 60-day trial period. Receive a $30 credit when referred by a current subscriber. Email me for a referral if desired. 

Expired Plus

A terrific program designed to teach agents how to aggressively, yet respectfully approach expired listings.

IXACT Contact

IXACT Contact is currently my contact management system of choice. As a Friend of SWS, you can get an extended free trial of IXACT (60 days!) but using the link above to sign up.
