About SOI with SOUL
SOI with SOUL is an 8-week program (divided into three independent modules) that shows you how to intelligently pursue and attract good business without pestering strangers, wasting your money, or putting your friends on the spot. We walk you through each step of the process of creating an SOI business model -- from making (or updating) your list of everyone you know -- to choosing a system to manage your database -- to developing your SOI Business Plan -- to writing your Reconnection Letter. We then help you implement the SOI Business Plan you created with the goal of getting you into the "habit" of SOI'ing with SOUL -- so that generating business and referrals from your Sphere of Influence becomes a natural part of your day-to-day!
How the SOI with SOUL Program Works
SOI with SOUL is divided into three independent modules, so you can enroll and participate in the program as your schedule and budget allow. You can do all three Modules one after the other, or give yourself a break in between each to catch your breath. The first two Modules - One and Two - are rather labor-intensive (and frankly, not much fun), but if you can commit two weeks at a time for them, we're pretty sure you'll be thrilled you did. Module Three is a bit lower-octane (and a lot more fun!), so once you've made it through One and Two, you can breathe a sigh of relief... and look forward to having some fun while generating some great business!
Here's What the Three Modules Focus on:
- Module One run two weeks and walks you through building your Sphere of Influence database from scratch, OR, if you already have a database in place, REbuilding it so that it's up-to-date and ready for action.
- Module Two, which also runs for two weeks, helps you create an SOI Business Plan (based on what YOU like to do) and write your (Non-Dorky) Reconnection Letter.
- Module Three, a four-week program, helps you implement the plan you developed in Module Two, creating habits that will help you stay in touch with the people you already know and to meet more people to add to your precious Sphere of Influence database. This is where the fun begins!
Once you enroll, you will immediately begin receiving daily emails which will include reading and listening assignments, project assignments, links to outside supplemental material and a smattering of philosophical discussion. The assignments come fast and regularly, but are paced such that you CAN keep up if you make the SOI with SOUL program a priority in your business for the duration of the program. YOU CAN DO IT!

What to Expect from SOI with SOUL
If you commit to and complete all three Modules…
- You will have chosen and committed to a contact management system and be the proud owner of an up-to-date Sphere of Influence contact database; and
- You will have created a YOU-specific SOI Business Plan that reflects your unique personality, lifestyle, budget and goals; and
- You will have written and mailed out an awesome Non-Dorky Announcement or Reconnection Letter to your entire Sphere of Influence; and
- You will have begun implementing your YOU-specific SOI Business Plan and started to notice that you're more easily and naturally staying in touch with old friends and meeting new ones!
In short, you will have developed the knowledge, skills and habits necessary to implement and maintain an effective Sphere of Influence business model, for life.
Can you give me an idea of what SOI with SOUL looks like & what's included?
You will receive daily assignments delivered to you via email, or if you prefer, you can complete the program at your own pace by following SOI with SOUL assignment book, or a combination of both. The assignments are supplemented with audio lessons and links to explanatory articles and forum discussions. You will also receive Dorky Announcement Letters DEDorked (in Module Two) and The Seduction of Your SOI eBook and audio.
The first two Modules (which run two weeks each) help you build (or rebuild) and then connect (or reconnect) with your Sphere of Influence. You will create your contact database, choose a contact management system, write an effective announcement / reconnection letter and create an SOI Business Plan.
Module Three helps you implement the SOI Business Plan you created in Module Two, and to make the most of the Plan by meeting new people to add to your Sphere of Influence.
How much time will I have to devote to SOI with SOUL?
All three modules of SOI with SOUL can be completed in eight weeks if you do them concurrently, without taking a break. Of course, you can spread the program out as you desire - it’s up to you! However, to complete the program in eight weeks, you’ll probably need to devote an hour a day (on average) during the first two modules and about half that in the third. However, there will likely be days, especially during Modules One and Two, where more than an hour of your time will be required to stay on track. SOI with SOUL is one of the highest-octane SWS programs offered!

How is SOI with SOUL different from the other prospecting training programs out there?
The primary difference between the philosophy of SOI with SOUL and that of the other prospecting programs is that we will show you how to attract business to you, instead of aggressively asking for it.
