Members of the SWS Referral Network are special. We have agreed to a higher level of service than your average practitioner ... and we take the word “service” very seriously around here. We agree to make our current clients our highest priority and strive to be the “best real estate agents we know!”

Membership in the Network is earned, not purchased or simply signed-up-for. To be accepted into the SWS Referral Network, agents must do a little upfront legwork and commit to a client-centric code of behavior. While we realize this will probably dramatically reduce the number of agents who are included in the network, or who even want to be (!) we think that’s okay. We want the SWS Referral Network to be a trusted resource both for us (the soulful real estate community) and for the buyers and sellers who benefit from our referrals.

SWS Referral Network agents commit to running their businesses according to the following philosophies:

• “The clients I have today are far more important than the clients I hope to have tomorrow. I will never place my prospecting activities ahead of taking care of my current clients.”

• “I will strive to never knowingly overprice my listings.”

• “While every transaction is a learning experience, I promise not to use my clients as my teachers. If I am not qualified to handle a particular transaction, I will either refer to someone who is, or bring on someone to help me.”

• “I promise to stay in touch with my sellers on a regular basis, keeping them updated on market activity, my own marketing efforts and showing feedback.”

• “I commit to being a resource for my buyers and sellers by knowing reputable and reasonably-priced home improvement contractors and service providers.”

• “I am, or intend to be, the best thing that could ever happen to my clients.”

Just send us an email with the details of your real estate referral need. Include your name & contact information and what market area you need help in. We’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible with the names and contact information for all SWS Referral Network members in the area you specify. You are then free to contact, interview and select the agent who best meets your client's needs. If we don’t yet have an agent in that area, we’ll let you know right away, and we apologize in advance if this is the case. But we’re growing!

While no real estate transaction is going to be perfect (and obviously we at Sell with Soul, Inc. can’t be held responsible for any negative experience you may have with a member), we feel pretty confident that you’ll be in good hands with any of the agents you find on the Network.
