Prospecting with Soul^TM Workshop 

On September 13th, 2010, we kicked off the first annual Prospecting with Soul Workshop for Real Estate Agents Who Want to Sell with Soul (wow - that's a mouthful). If you've been feeling a little down... a little discouraged... or just plain out of the mood to prospect (with soul or otherwise!), the Prospecting with Soul workshop might be just what you need. Yeah, actually, I'm pretty sure it is.

The Prospecting with Soul (PWS) Workshop is a six week program where a bunch of soulful agents will gather together (in the virtual world) to kick their prospecting activities back in to gear. Starting on September 13th, PWS'ers will receive daily prospecting assignments, covering six categories of business-building activities that tend to be attractive to agents who follow Sell with Soul philosophies. In addition to the daily assignments, the program will include weekly live teleseminars with time for Q&A, a private PWS forum, access to the PWS Resource Library and other goodies - just see the list below for details.

What to Expect from the Prospecting with Soul Workshop
The workshop will be focused on getting you (back) in the habit of prospecting (with soul) using strategies that followers of Sell with Soul tend to enjoy and therefore have the most success with.  

You’ll get daily assignments and participate in weekly interactive seminars.  Some of the activity assignments won’t feel like prospecting assignments, but trust me, they are. Here’s what your assignments will cover:

• Reconnecting with your Sphere of Influence (whether you’ve been in touch recently or not)
• Expanding your Sphere of Influence (everyone can use more warm bodies in the world who know them and know that they sell real estate)
• Staying in touch with your Sphere of Influence (soulfully, of course, no referral-begging or other cheesy nonsense, and you won’t have to venture out of your comfort zone, I promise)
• Blogging and Social Media
• Becoming a Master of Your Market (the second-best method to attracting business your way from friends and strangers is to KNOW YOUR PRODUCT).
• Providing exceptional customer service (yep, that’s a prospecting strategy – in fact, it’s the best prospecting strategy on the planet).

For six weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in your business (in a good way), creating habits that will stick with you beyond the workshop and into the new year. And we’ll be there with you every step of the way.
