I've had a Visual Tour account for 4 years or so.  I'm satisfied with the product/service it is easy to use and a reasonable price.  If you are not familiar check out http://www.visualtour.com/

The site gives me traffic reports each week, the viewership has been in a decline for some time.  So my question to the SWSers:  Do I dump this service?  Take the same $29 bucks and get an outside blog from Active Rain?  What say you SWS?

I had visual tour for a long time, too, but replaced it last year with a cheaper model - not as fancy, but it gets the job done. I also believe that hits on tours are way down - they're no longer a novelty and frankly, I get bored with them pretty quickly. The main reason I still do them is 1) my sellers love them 2) I can track the number of hits and 3) I use them for things other than my listings (neighborhood montages, etc.)

The company I use is cpg tours (www.cpgtours.com). The owner is a member of the SWS forum - Michael Cole. It's $15/month and very easy to use.

I'm not sure if I'd choose between the two (tours vs a blog), but I don't think you need to pay top dollar for a tour if there are cheaper alternatives available.
