Hey Tim!

The move went just about as well as it possibly could have. Absolutely no glitches or scary moments. The first day here (Tuesday) was spectacularly beautiful - I had to pinch myself to believe I really LIVE here... but now it's raining. I'm all unpacked and settled in...

Thanks for asking!

Congrats on the move!  Looking forward to stopping by this summer -- if you don't mind, be on the lookout for a nice rv park that can handle a big rig!

Someday you need to share your secret for getting settled so quickly! Grin

My secret? Do it a lot. I've moved probably ten times in the last five years - no joke. For me, moving is no more stressful than getting a new computer.

My biggest angst right now is finding a source for dog food - I feed my dogs a raw diet and there doesn't seem to be a place here to get what I need.

Yesterday was glorious - warm (relatively) and not a cloud in the sky. Took a looong walk on the beach and am definitely feeling it in my legs. Yay!!

Sorry it took me so long to respond, I'm in Puerto Vallarta for vacation prior to kicking off my new career.  There is an artist in Key West (where I grew up and my mom still lives) with paintings on ceramic that says "A walk on the beach restores my soul".  Congrats on the smooth move and enjoy your new lifestyle!

Oooh, I love that quote. It's 100% true for me.

I took a two week Caribbean vacation right before I entered the Wonderful World of Real Estate - and it was the last vacation of more than 4 days I took for years!
