Unfortunately, I have this myriad of time management issues. I have this "pocket full o' possibles" and have a hard time keeping them just updated, much less being an author on a subject in which I am still learning to "fly". I am slowly "flying' to the edge of the forest here, and the meadow beyond looks interesting, but a bit scary.
It is VERY interesting though (and newbie agent lurkers take note) that I just for yucks googled myself and real estate, and holy moly...all those comment posts on AR are out there, even though my members only blog is not...so newbies, we need to be careful what we are posting in replies, wherever and whatever we post. An off colour post somewhere else can come back to haunt you (as Jennifer mentioned once happening to her [not off color, but not what she wanted the public to have quick access to]).
Perky, love, I have read a lot of your stuff and looked at a lot of our member's websites and I am just not there scholastically...yet, but it is going to be a s l o w process for an ole dawg like me to learn all these nifty whizzbangs and widgets to make my site look cool. (BIG SIGH) But if I want to have more than 5 transactions a year, I best get my butt out there and do it, huh...
