It’s been WAY too long since we’ve had a WWJAHD show!
What’s a WWJAHD Show? Well, it’s a fun little session where YOU provide real life dilemmas from the world of real estate asking the question: “What Would JA-H DO in This or That Situation?” and… I answer from the perspective of the Author of Sell with Soul. I’m an expert in my own opinion 🙂 so of course, when asked a question about What Should Be Done, I tend to answer it as if I were the one in the situation.
This next WWJAHD will be a little extra special in that I’m taking scenarios from real world mentoring relationships – situations that actively practicing agents have been faced with and asked for help. As the agent’s Real Estate Mentor with Soul, I talked them through each and we came up with a solution or game plan that we were both happy with… of course, solutions and game plans WITH SOUL!
If you have a recent situation or scenario you’d like to submit for inclusion in the show, please do! Preferably a specific “situational” question (for example, “a Realtor friend of my client is demanding a referral fee even though she didn’t refer, what do I do?” as opposed to “how do I find listings?”). “Should I add people to my mailing list without getting permission?”
“My buyers are tired of looking and want to make an offer on a home I don’t think will make them happy. Should I give them my opinion?”
